Driving progress, awareness, and accessibility in the outdoors.

True inclusion begins with awareness, collaboration, and open minds. We invest our time into projects that aim to create a more accessible and welcoming outdoor community — where everyone feels invited to explore, connect, and belong.

Through education, partnerships, and real action on the mountain, we work to build a culture of curiosity, empathy, shared adventure, and equal opportunity.

Buddy up

Connecting people who love the outdoors.

The Buddies project pairs individuals who are eager to share an adventure — hiking, skiing, biking (including tandem rides for the blind), and more — with those who might need a helping hand or a companion to make it happen.
It’s about friendship, confidence, and shared joy in the mountains.

Inclusive tourism

Making mountain experiences accessible for everyone.

We collaborate with tourism boards, accommodations, and local guides to raise awareness and improve accessibility in the tourism sector. Together, we aim to ensure that every visitor can enjoy the freedom, beauty, and sense of belonging that the mountains offer.

Volunteer academy

Learning, growing, and giving back.

Our Volunteer Academy offers fun and practical training for those who want to support inclusive outdoor activities.

From learning how to ski with a sitski partner to guiding a blind climber, volunteers gain both skills and understanding — preparing them to safely and confidently assist in InNatur’s projects and events.

Current seminars are offered through the Alpenverein Akademie:
Wintererlebnis Inklusiv
Sommererlebnis Inklusiv
Inklusions Klettern

InKlettern
